Join American Photographic Artists, Colorado and Emmanuel Gallery for an encore for this exhibition of inspired personal photography.

The exhibition opens January 4, 2013 with a free public reception from 5:00-8:00pm. Gallery talk on January 17^th from 6-9 with photographer and film maker Nicholas DeSciose. The exhibition will continue through January 18, 2013.

OFF THE CLOCK: 2012 APA-LA Curated Personal Photography Exhibition includes photographs from a juried call for entries in which guest curator Gordon Baldwin, an independent curator and previous associate curator for the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, selected his top 100 for the exhibition.

OFF THE CLOCK is APA-LA’s first annual curated exhibition of inspired personal photography. The artists featured were challenged to submit images that expressed and demonstrated their personal photographic eye without the constraints of commercial assignment parameters.

Emmanuel Gallery is a tri-institutional non-profit art space in the heart of Auraria Campus in downtown Denver.
